Refund Policy for Digital Services

Effective date: Oct 22, 2022

We sell customization and custom development services for all codecanyon and other custom projects, you can request a refund within 7 days if your service is not yet delivered, No Refunds will be entertained after 7 days of your order as development is already escalated on your project. if you’ve already got your customization order done and received/downloaded/deployed we shall not entertain your refund request.
Any customization or development service that has been purchased/ordered during the promotion sale is not entitled to any refund.

Additional services

Please note that any additional services such as cloud hosting, value-added services, custom work, fixed installation service charges, or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.
